Please allow 14 business days for all Free Standard Shipping orders to arrive. If your order is not delivered within 18 business days, please contact our support support@lifecozy.com or (310)-338-9090to claim to the missing order. All claims must be made within 40 business days from the order date. Otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
Incorrect Delivery & Lost Package Claim
Incorrect delivery is defined as any incident where the carrier delivers the package to the wrong address or individual. Lost package may occur in two ways:
A. Package is not able to be located within the carrier network.
B. Package may be considered lost when the carrier claims delivery was completed by leaving the package on the doorstep, but the package was never received.
Moved or provided invalid address
Please note Lifecozy will only ship the order to the shipping address on your order. If you have moved to a different address or provided an invalid address, the package will be returned to Lifecozy.com even if you have requested any forwarding service. Lifecozy will consider this situation as Unauthorized return and reserve the right to charge the 15% restocking fee on the final price of the order plus applicable non-deliverable shipping and handling fee.
Incorrect Parts & Missing Item Claim
If you have received your order and an item is missing or incorrect item was sent, please provide the following information and notify us by e-mail immediately to sales@lifecozy.com. We will review the order and respond within 2-5 business days.

In these circumstances, we will put in a claim with the carrier. The order will be reshipped or refunded once the carrier accepts the claim. Please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days for the investigation and settlement to be processed.
Order Discrepancy
If you receive damaged/incorrect or missing items in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
Certain information may be required for verification:
-Photo of the packing envelope/box
-Photo of the packing list
-Photo of the damage/incorrect item
