By accepting delivery of any product ordered from Lifecozy.com ("Lifecozy.com"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Lifecozy.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Lifecozy.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Lifecozy.com.
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If Lifecozy no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) LIfecozy can send you a comparable replacement item, or 2) Lifecozy can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.
Quantity Purchases
While Lifecozy is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies. Return Policy
These are Lifecozy.com’s (“Lifecozy”, “we” or “our”) Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Lifecozy.com website. At Lifecozy.com, we offer a 100 % customer satisfaction guarantee. Our customers can apply for a return that is easier than ever. Please email your RMA request to support@lifecozy.com.
General Return Policy
- Return for refund within: 30 days
- Return for replacement: 180 days (Except the Props TV)
- Restocking fee may apply: 15% of the Final price

Return Policy for Refunds
You may return most items sold by Lifecozy.com within 30 days from the invoice date (45 days for international customers) for a full refund. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you don't have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number or RMA number. Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error.
Return Policy for Exchange or Replacement
At Lifecozy.com, we offer a six month warranty for product replacement or exchange (except Props TV). If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned need to be unused/unopened and within warranty. You will also need to include the item code number of the product you would like to receive. If there is a difference in the cost, please provide a payment method for the difference. If you do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted by one of our customer support representatives. A replacement can be made for the same product and same brand.
Refund Shipping Cost
In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a product to Lifecozy
