Problems With An Order

Canceling an Order Online

You can cancel open Lifecozy.com.com orders online in My Account. Sign in to your account and select View Orders, then click on the order number. Select the items you'd like to cancel.

NOTE: Items cannot be canceled online if they have already been processed for shipping, home delivery or store pickup/ship to store.

Canceling an Order by Phone

Call 1-(310) 638-9090, (310) 638-4937 to request an order cancellation.

B) Pre-orders placed fewer than 5 days from street date:
  • Standard Shipping

A) Cancel any time while product is still on pre-order, regardless of shipping method

B) Cancellation within 5 days of street date depends upon shipping method chosen:
  • Cancellation time has expired. Please return the order.
  • Cancel 2 days or more from street date.
  • Cancel 1 day or more from street date.

If canceling an item means your order is no longer eligible for a promotion or a quantity discount, your order total will be recalculated. However, if an item from your order is canceled by us for any reason, the promotion or discount will remain in effect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please call 1-(310) 638-9090, (310) 638-4937 for assistance. If you choose to return the item, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item in the store or online.

Tracking Your Order

To check your order status:

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Select View Orders.
  3. Select Track this order next to the appropriate order number.
  4. Click on the tracking number in the Status area below the product. This will take you to the UPS or USPS site, where you can see shipping status details.

Backorders

If an item you've ordered is on backorder, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know the estimated arrival time. You can choose to wait for the item or cancel it. Backorders remain active for 30 days.

If after 30 days the item is still on backorder, we will automatically cancel the item. We will e-mail you 5 days before we cancel the item to ask if you would like to extend the backorder. At that time, you may extend the backorder by contacting us. Extension periods vary by product.

LIfecozy does not charge your credit card until the item is shipped. If you used PayPal, your PayPal account was charged at the time you placed the order.

Backorders benefit from our online price guarantee. If the price drops at the time of shipment, you will automatically pay the lower price.

International Orders

Shipping Outside the U.S.

We can ship your BestBuy.com order to any of these locations:

  • U.S. states
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Guam
  • APO/FPO (military) addresses

We cannot ship to other countries. Both the billing and shipping addresses must be in one of the locations above.

International Orders for U.S. Shipping or Pickup

If you have an international billing address, you can place orders on Lifecozy.com that will be shipped to an address in the United States, Virgin Islands or Guam. Or, you can place your international order online and pick it up at any U.S. store, or designate someone else to pick up your order.
